The Challenge:
Help build a publicly-traded company from the ground up by creating value in both tangeable and intangeable technology assets, building a strong technology foundation (infra-structure, website, applications, data center) and then grow the appropriate technical staff to maintain it.

Our Solution:
Over the course of a year formed a technical team of 20 while establishing relationships with key vendors (IBM, Qwest, CommerceQuest, Go2Net, etc.) to provide content, products and services outside the company’s core compentencies. Built a network of websites and applications from the ground up that included a proprietary B2C and B2B commerce system, Live and On-Demand pay-per-view video and audio streaming system, subscription membership services, an affiliate program and a dynamic site and content management system. Additionally, working in tandem with our network partners IBM and Qwest, built a 24x7x365 data center on premesis.
